For architects, designers and developers

We take designs in any format and quote them without reworking the concept our own way. If something cannot be built, or can be done cheaper for the same effect, we say so before the quote, not after the installation.

How does it work in practice?

• Quote from a design: you send floor plans, elevations, visualisations or CAD files. We send back an itemised quote, so it can be shown to the end client and so something can be taken out if the budget doesn’t add up.
• Development projects: show flats, whole floors, commercial premises.
• One person to contact for the whole job, not an office passing messages to the workshop.

What can you expect from a regular partnership?

• Discounts for ongoing work and for larger, repeat orders.
• A quote from your drawings, without reworking your concept.
• Technical consultation at the design stage: feasibility, choice of materials and hardware, non-standard solutions.
• Decor and material samples to present to your client.
• Production, transport and installation on our side.
• A schedule agreed around your handover date.

The size of the discount depends on the scale and regularity of the orders, so we do not publish a single percentage for everyone. We agree it in the first conversation, and it holds from then on.
